Abstract
The descriptive study of data from the 2015 cancer population register made it possible to identify the epidemiological profile of human breast cancer in our population of Oran. During this year, 570 cases of cancer were recorded in men, including 9 cases of breast cancer against 489 cases in women. It represents 1.6% of all male cancers and 0.6% of all cancer cases recorded in 2015 in both sexes. The mode is recorded between 50 and 54 years old. The incidence seems to increase with age. It is 5.2 / 100,000 at age 50 and reaches 28.9 / 100,000 at age 80. It is important to identify this type of cancer given its poor prognosis. Its occurrence could draw attention to the risk of developing breast cancer in women of the same family.
