Abstract: In the context of rapid and profound global changes driven by the Fourth Industrial Revolution and current technologies, communication is increasingly playing a pivotal role [in either promoting or restraining] all aspects of life. As a result, communication crises have become more frequent, with varying degrees and scopes, not only within business organizations but also in public administration agencies, presenting a new challenge for countries worldwide, including Viet Nam. In this paper, I aim to identify and analyze several factors that may lead to communication crises in public administration organizations in Viet Nam, while proposing effective crisis management solutions to help maintain stability and foster development within these agencies in Viet Nam. |
