Abstract: The industrial revolution 4.0 has had a great impact on all economic and social fields. This revolution brings many opportunities but also poses many challenges for commercial banking activities in general and business credit activities in particular. In that context, banks also need to clearly identify the impact of the digital revolution in order to have an appropriate development direction to improve the quality and efficiency of business credit activities, contributing to the overall development of the bank.
