The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a management system that helps managers as well as all employees in the organization to clearly define the vision and strategy of their organization and translate them into action. Currently, in enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City, the application of the balanced scorecard in implementing the company's strategy is still limited. The article proposes some solutions to promote the application of the Balanced Scorecard in construction enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City next time. |
