| Abstract: |
The 13th Congress of the Party affirmed that the private economic sector should be strongly developed both in terms of quantity, quality, and efficiency and "truly become an important driving force in economic development" . This is a major and consistent policy of the Party, which recognizes the role of this economic component in socio-economic development and is the result of the Party's innovation in its thinking on economic development, in understanding the correct position and role of the private economic sector, based on the inheritance and selection of the market economy's achievements of mankind. This article focuses on clarifying the Party's innovation in thinking about the private economy, thereby contributing to making this economic component truly play the role of an "important driving force" of the economy.
