| Abstract: |
Contemporary mental health education is fully implemented through quality education. College physical education is a particularly important part of mental health education. Mental health education should be fully carried out in colleges and universities, and it is an important part of cultivating college students' comprehensive quality ability. University Education should also pay attention to the changes in students' psychological state. From the perspective of mental health education, it is essential to carry out mental health education in physical education, and to sum up experience through practical teaching, to better promote the overall development of student's physical and mental health, cultivate qualified talents. |
