DigiBank is the integration of digitization and digital technology into all areas of banking. This integration enables the creation or modification of existing business processes, culture, and customer experiences to meet the changing demands of the market and customer preferences. Digital transformation helps banks save costs and streamline operational processes. This integration also contributes to providing customers with a more convenient and appealing experience. This article highlights the current situation and challenges in the process of digital transformation in the banking industry in Vietnam. Subsequently, the research also proposes some solutions to help banks successfully undergo digital transformation. |
