Abstract: The knowledge difficulty and skill requirements of high school chemistry continue to increase, which leads to the gradual negative attitude of some students in chemistry learning. Teachers should concentrate on innovative ideas and teaching strengths to change this bad situation. The task-driven method plays a significant role in highlighting students' subject consciousness, which is conducive to changing the passive position of students in the chemistry classroom. This article mainly explores the application advantages and measures of the task-driven method in high school chemistry teaching, to provide reliable help and suggestions for educators to innovate the structure of chemistry teaching, and to awaken students' desire for knowledge in chemistry with the help of interesting learning tasks, so that high school The chemistry teaching system is revived.
