| Abstract: |
his study examines the relationship between Organizational coherence , Emotional Intelligence , and Professional Learning Competency of School Administrators in the Department of Education, Division of Bukidnon ,Philippines during the 2024-2025 school year. Using a descriptive correlational research design, data were gathered from 300 public school administrators through validated survey instruments to assess organizational coherence ,emotional intelligence , and professional learning competency. The study found statistically significant negative correlation between overall organizational coherence and professional learning competency. As well as between Emotional intelligence and professional learning competency. The analysis reveals a complex interplay between organizational coherence, emotional intelligence, and professional learning competency among school administrators. Contrary to conventional expectations, higher overall organizational coherence and specific facets of emotional intelligence self-awareness and self-regulation demonstrated negative correlations with professional learning competency. |
