| Abstract: |
This article examines the current implementation and proposes solutions for youth startup support policies in Bac Kan province during the 2021–2024 period. Although various programs have been launched - such as training courses, financial support from the National Employment Fund (Fund 120), and startup idea competitions - several limitations remain. Notably, the absence of specific policies for 2024, the lack of a provincial-level startup support fund, and an underdeveloped network of specialized mentors. The article suggests key solutions, including establishing a local investment fund, enhancing entrepreneurship training, improving market access, and prioritizing support for ethnic minority youth and those in disadvantaged areas. These measures aim to strengthen the startup ecosystem and unlock the economic and social development potential of young people in the province. |
