| Abstract: |
The association of cervical cancer and lung primary cancer is very rare. We present the case of a woman of 52 years followed for a well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma classified cervical T2b N0 Mx (01 peripheric pulmonary nodule right 2cm) thoracic surgeon decided to schedule the patient after the local treatment of cervical disease, after combining 05 weekly cisplatin chemoradiation cures and radiotherapy, a colpohysterectomy with pelvic lymphadenectomy and a wedge resection of pulmonary nodule with a histological study that reveals mucinous infiltrating well-differentiated primary adenocarcinoma of the lung positive CK7, CK 20 negative and positive TTF1., through this event we propose to study the characteristics of this association as well as a review of the literature.Keywords:squamouscellcarcinoma, cervical, radiochemotherapy, colpohysterectomy, mucinous adenocarcinoma, lung. |
