Abstract: This study investigates the complexities and challenges faced by newly established Integrated Schools (IS) in Kibawe District, focusing on the experiences of educators navigating this innovative educational model. Through qualitative phenomenological research, data were collected via semi-structured interviews with teachers, revealing four key themes: promoting educational equity and accessibility, inadequate resources and facilities, fostering collaboration and adaptability, and embracing flexibility in teaching practices. Findings indicate that while integrated schools offer significant opportunities for continuous education in under served areas, they are hindered by a lack of essential resources, such as classrooms and learning materials, which adversely impacts educational quality. Teachers exhibit remarkable resilience by employing innovative strategies and fostering community engagement to address these challenges. The study concludes with recommendations for policymakers to prioritize resource allocation, enhance teacher training, strengthen community involvement, and conduct further research to assess the long-term effectiveness of integrated school models. By implementing these strategies, stakeholders can improve educational outcomes and ensure equitable access to quality education for all students.
