Abstract: |
This qualitative study looks at the challenges new teachers face when planning and carrying out action research in public schools. Semi-structured questionnaires were used to collect data from new teachers in various public schools. A phenomenological descriptive approach was used to analyze the responses. According to the research, successful academic coordinators usually have a mix of leadership experience, curriculum knowledge, relevant educational credentials, and excellent communication abilities. The analysis revealed four main themes: 1 Neophyte Teachers’ Limited Practical Research Experience; 2) Time and Technical Challenges Hinder Teacher Researchers; 3) Collaborative and Institutional Support as Key Enablers in Developing Action Research Competence; and 4) Practical Guidance and Collaborative Support as Foundations for Successful Action Research. |
