The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is one of the modern management methods and a widely used tool in organizations when formulating operational strategies in the era of explosive information technology. Based on the synthesis of different sources, the article presents an overview of the main features of the balanced scorecard such as the role, content and design process of the balanced scorecard in an organization for the purpose of providing provide more knowledge and methods for managers and employees to apply in formulating strategies and managing activities of their organization. |
