Abstract: Mathematics achievement is shaped by various non-cognitive factors that influence students’ engagement, persistence, and performance. This study examined the predictive roles of mathematics anxiety, grit, and motivation on the mathematics achievement of Grade 11 students at San Agustin Institute of Technology during the school year 2025–2026. Guided by a quantitative descriptive-correlational design, data were collected from 166 respondents using validated instruments and analyzed through descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression. Results revealed that students exhibited moderate levels of mathematics anxiety, grit, and motivation, and demonstrated satisfactory mathematics achievement. Mathematics anxiety was significantly and negatively correlated with achievement, while grit and motivation were positively correlated. Multiple regression analysis showed that grit was the strongest positive predictor, followed by mathematics anxiety as a significant negative predictor, whereas motivation was not significant. The findings underscore the importance of fostering perseverance and addressing anxiety to improve students’ mathematics achievement.
