Abstract: This study investigated the relationship between managerial styles and stakeholder engagement in educational leadership among school administrators in Bukidnon, Region 10, Philippines. The researched aimed to explore how these styles correlate with stakeholder engagement and their impact on educational leadership, focusing on 120 public school administrators. Using a quantitative correlational research design, data were gathered via survey questionnaires and analyzed with descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation coefficients. The findings of the study revealed a notable relationship between managerial styles and stakeholders’ engagement concerning educational leadership among school administrators in Bukidnon. These findings underscore the importance of effective management practices and active stakeholder involvement in enhancing educational outcomes within school communities.
