Abstract: |
This research investigates the relationship between resource availability and digital resiliency in enhancing teaching engagement within integrated schools. As educational environments increasingly adopt digital tools, understanding how both technological and human resources affect teaching practices becomes critical. This study employs quantitative surveys of educators to assess their teaching engagement in relation to resource accessibility and digital resilience. Findings reveal that adequate access to digital tools, training, and support significantly enhances teachers' ability to engage students effectively, particularly in integrated settings where diverse learning needs must be met. Schools demonstrating high levels of digital resiliency, characterized by adaptability, continuous professional development, and robust support systems, exhibit greater teaching engagement. The research highlights the importance of fostering an environment that prioritizes both resource allocation and the development of resilient practices among educators.
This study contributes to the growing body of literature on educational technology by providing actionable insights for policymakers and school administrators aiming to improve teaching engagement through strategic resource management. Recommendations include investing in comprehensive training programs and ensuring equitable access to digital resources, thereby promoting a more inclusive and effective learning environment in integrated schools. This study emphasizes the necessity of viewing resource availability not just as a logistical concern but as a foundational element of educational success in the digital age.
