Abstract: This study explores the relationship between English language teachers' reading instructional strategies and their performance levels in secondary schools across Bukidnon, Philippines. Employing a descriptive-correlational research design, data were gathered through a structured questionnaire disseminated to 31 English teachers using Google Forms. Respondents were selected using random sampling, ensuring diverse representation from public and private schools. The research aimed to determine the reading instructional strategies of secondary language teachers and their influence on teachers’’ level of performance. The findings highlight the significance of reading instructional strategies, contributing insights into enhancing the performance of the teachers.
