Abstract: The study mainly examined the technological leadership and decision-making ability on supervisory competence of school administrators in the Department of Education, Division of Bukidnon for S.Y. 2024-2025. It determined their level of technological leadership in terms of familiarity and integration of technology, flexibility and adaptability, data-driven decision making and continuous learning and growth; level of decision making ability in terms of analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, strategic planning, communication skills and ethical decision making; level of supervisory competence in terms of leadership skills, resource management, policy implementation, communication skills and evaluation and assessment. It made use of descriptive-correlation between technological leadership and decision making ability. The statistical processes used were finding the mean and weighted mean to describe levels. Then, to test the hypotheses, it made use of Pearson Product Moment Correlation and regression analysis. Based on the finding, school administrators technological leadership was highly competent in terms of familiarity with technology, integration of technology and data-driven decision making. Likewise, their decision-making ability was highly influential in terms of communication skills and ethical decision making. It also shows that school administrators was highly competent in policy implementation and communication skills. There is a significant relationship between the technological leadership of school administrators to supervisory competence. Significant findings observed to its sub-variables such as familiarity with technology, integration of technology, flexibility and adaptability, data-driven decision making, and continuous learning and growth showed statistically significant relative to supervisory competence. The positive relationship implies that a heightened technological leadership and influential decision making ability magnifies the increase of their supervisory competence. Furthermore, school administrators’ supervisory roles tend to enhance their overall professional competence.
