Abstract: This study explores the relationship between career motivation, professional growth, and administrative supervision techniques among neophyte school administrators in the Division of Bukidnon. The study conceptualized using a descriptive-correlational design. Survey questionnaire was floated to neophyte administrators as research instrument to gather data, and Pearson r correlation was used to examines the relationship between the variables. The results show a significant relationship between more effective administrative supervision techniques and better levels of career motivation. In particular, good administrative supervision was strongly predicted by intrinsic motivation, which is motivated by personal fulfillment. The study also emphasizes how important it is to implement focused professional development programs, such as training effectiveness and mentorship support, in order to improve the abilities of neophyte administrators. These findings highlight how critical it is to address the particular difficulties that new leaders have during their first three years in office.
