                                | Abstract: | 
                                This research was conducted to assess the satisfaction levels of customers utilizing the e-banking services offered by commercial banks in Thai Nguyen city, Vietnam. The study further aimed to identify the demographic factors influencing customer satisfaction with these e-banking services. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing structured questionnaires to gather primary data. The analysis revealed that one-third of the items related to e-banking services received dissatisfaction from customers, indicating relatively low levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the findings highlighted statistically significant differences in customer satisfaction levels when categorized by demographic characteristics |
