| Abstract: |
The article evaluates the real situation of implementing social responsibility of enterprises in Song Cong I industrial park – Thai Nguyen. In particular, the study focuses on factors affecting corporate responsibility. The results show what four factors affecting: The provisions of Vietnam law and the code of conduct, Awareness of business owners about corporate social responsibility; Awareness of employees about labor law and corporate social responsibility; Role of corporates trade union organization. Since then, proposing some recommendations to implement effective social responsibility and sustainable development in Song Cong I Industrial Park, Thai Nguyen Province. |
