| Abstract: |
As Vietnam’s supply chains become increasingly digitized and responsive to global shocks, firms are re-evaluating their logistics strategies to enhance adaptability and resilience. This study explores how technological capability (TC) and supply chain flexibility (SCF) affect the decision to outsource logistics services (LO) among Vietnamese enterprises. A structured survey of 342 firms across manufacturing, retail, and agriculture sectors was analyzed using multivariate regression. The results show that both TC and SCF significantly and positively influence logistics outsourcing decisions. Moreover, their interaction exhibits a synergistic effect, reinforcing the intention to outsource. These findings offer strategic insights for logistics service providers and Vietnamese firms seeking to modernize supply chain operations through digital readiness and operational adaptability. |
