Abstract:	Working capital is a daily necessity for businesses, as they require a regular amount of cash to make routine payments, cover unexpected costs, and purchase basic materials used in the production of goods. The main objectives of working capital management include maintaining the working capital operating cycle and ensuring its ordered operation, minimizing the cost of capital spent on the working capital, and maximizing the return on current asset investments. Stemming from the importance of improving the efficiency of the use of working capital, the thesis delves into analyzing the use of capital and improving the efficiency of capital use at Thai Nguyen Irrigation Exploitation One Member Limited Liability Company in the period of time. to see the current situation of capital use, thereby seeing the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise. On that basis, propose solutions to improve and improve the efficiency of capital use, thereby contributing to improving business efficiency of enterprises
