Abstract: In this article we would like to discuss the problems we have experienced and coped with students’ mistakes during their learning English process especially in writing skill at our university. Learning English as a foreign language is not always easy for many students especially when they are afraid of making mistakes. Mistakes often mean something bad and students often feel stressful and to be put under pressure.Since we had to faced the problems when students made mistakes and they felt demotivated, we tried to find out the ways to make fun for their mistake to motivate them to learn English writing through their mistakes. By applying some motivations and strategies, students do not feel scared as they used to be.
