Abstract: This study determined the influence of adaptive leadership and emotional intelligence on the supervisory practices of school administrators in the Division of Bukidnon for the school year 2023-2024. The research objectives include determining the level of adaptive leadership, emotional intelligence, and supervisory practices of school administrators, as well as correlating the relationship between supervisory practices and adaptive leadership and emotional intelligence. The study also aims to identify the variables that best predict school administrators' supervisory practices. The study employed a descriptive-correlational research design, using an adapted survey questionnaire to collect data. Descriptive statistics, such as mean, and, percentage, were used to describe the level of adaptive leadership, emotional intelligence, and supervisory practices of school administrators. Pearson Product Moment of Correlation Coefficient and regression analysis were used to examine the relationship between the independent variables (adaptive leadership and emotional intelligence) and the dependent variable (supervisory practices of school administrators). The findings revealed that school administrators have high levels of adaptive leadership and emotional intelligence, and they highly practice supervisory practices. Adaptive leadership and its aspects maintaining a toolbox of behavioral strategies, accurately perceiving situational demands, appropriate and flexible application, and balancing opposing demands; and emotional intelligence in terms of self- awareness, self-management, social awareness, and managing emotions is positively correlated with supervisory practices. Emotional intelligence in terms of social awareness found to be the best predictor of supervisory practices.
