| Abstract: |
The research was conducted to determine the factors affecting the work motivation of communal public servants in Thai Nguyen City, Vietnam. Data analysis method through SPSS software with descriptive statistical tools, test scale with Cronbach alpha coefficients, discovery factor analysis (EFA) and Regression analysis was performed to clarify the problems related to the research hypothesis. The Regression model consisting of six variables (Income, Work conditions, Relationship with superiors, Internal rules, Relationship with colleagues, Training and development) is used to identify the factors that affect job motivation of communal public servants. Survey results show that the factors with the highest percentage of satisfaction are Work conditions and Training and development. Some suggestions are raised to foster the work motivation of communal public servants. |
