| Abstract: |
This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, work discipline, and motivation on employee performance at MZ Law Firm and Partnership. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 38 employees at MZ Law Firm and Partnership. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression to determine the relationship between the independent variables (transformational leadership, work discipline, and motivation) and the dependent variable (employee performance). The results showed that transformational leadership has a significant positive influence on employee performance, while work discipline and motivation also have a positive influence, although the influence of motivation is more dominant. Overall, the three variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at MZ Law Firm and Partnership. In conclusion, to improve employee performance, companies need to strengthen aspects of transformational leadership, work discipline, and motivation in a balanced manner. |
