| Abstract: |
With the influence of Industry 4.0, accounting training institutions are focusing on developing soft skills for students, in order to ensure that they will become well-rounded professionals capable of working effectively and adapt to the new environment in today's economy - society. This article will examine foreign perspectives and studies on the role of soft skills in the accounting industry, assess the current situation and issues in soft skills training in Vietnam. From there, the article gives suggestions and solutions to develop soft skills for current accounting students. |
