KeyWord: Feedback mechanisms, organizational commitment, collaborative cohesion
Abstract: In the evolving landscape of education, effective feedback mechanisms and organizational commitment are pivotal in fostering collaborative cohesion within public schools. This study investigates the interplay between these elements and their impact on educational outcomes. In contemporary education, the effectiveness of feedback mechanisms and organizational commitment plays a crucial role in fostering collaborative cohesion within public schools. Despite the recognized importance of these elements, there remains a significant knowledge gap regarding how feedback practices specifically influence educators' commitment and team collaboration in public school settings.
