Abstract: ABSTRACT The global push for educational reform—exemplified by initiatives such as the K–12 Basic Education Program—underscores the urgent need to bridge learning gaps. Individualized home visitations are emerging as an innovative strategy to connect the home and school environments by providing tailored support that enhances students’ academic resilience. This study examines a three-year intervention based on the Parents as Teachers (PAT) model, employing a quasi-experimental pretest–posttest design. Achievement tests and academic resilience surveys reveal significant improvements in students’ confidence, motivation, help-seeking behavior, and overall academic resilience.
