| Abstract: |
The Vietnamese legal system is always built on ensuring that all State power belongs to the people. In this system, the issue of recognizing and providing the actual implementation of legal institutions on human rights has continuously evolved along with the legislative history of Vietnam. The current human rights issues in the Vietnamese legal system are described in terms of fundamental human rights. For this system to effectively protect human rights, it is necessary to implement several solutions, creating changes in both the content, form, and method of formulating and implementing human rights laws. |
