| Abstract: |
The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of board of commissioner effectiveness and audit committee effectiveness on timeliness of financial reporting. The population used in all companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016-2018. Number of samples are 56 companies, was selected by purposive sampling method and using secondary data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of analysis shows that board of commissioner effectiveness and audit committee effectiveness have positive and significant effect on timeliness of financial reporting. |
