| Abstract: |
E-commerce has generated a wave of challenges in the field of reverse logistics, as handling returned goods becomes more complex than ever. E-commerce businesses face many difficulties in implementing and executing reverse logistics activities. In this article, the author evaluates the implementation situation and analyzes the factors influencing reverse logistics implementation, helping e-commerce businesses objectively and honestly assess the implementation of reverse logistics activities. From there, they can apply appropriate solutions suggested by the author to improve the reverse logistics system and enhance the competitiveness of the business. |
