| Abstract: |
Lakes are freshwater resources that are on land. Water quality parameters have a significant role in the world of fisheries. The value of water quality can show whether the water is suitable for fisheries. Water quality parameters are also able to detect the level of water fertility. Based on the discussions that have been carried out, the condition of Situ Gede is not suitable for fishing activities that require a lot of water, such as being an inlet source for aquaculture activities, not to mention that Situ Gede is more focused on agricultural activities. The deficit in the irrigation water supply is felt especially during the dry season; the designation of fish farming using Situ Gede as a place like KJA is also deemed inappropriate, considering that the pond area for fish rearing is getting narrower. Situ Gede has a wetland where optimal utilization can solve water quality problems and sediment handling. |
