Abstract: In the current digital transformation context, corporate culture plays the role of a "key" to help organizations adapt to changes in the external environment, an internal strength to enhance the competition of enterprises, towards the sustainable development of enterprises. Within the scope of this article, the authors systematically research and analyze to clarify a number of issues related to corporate culture, the context of digital transformation and the requirements posed to the issue of building corporate culture. corporate culture in Vietnam today, analyzing the current state of Vietnam's corporate culture. On that basis, the article proposes some solutions to build corporate culture in the context of digital transformation in Vietnam today. |
