Abstract: This study examined the relationship of digital dexterity and teacher engagement of identified teachers handling multigrade classroom in Kitaotao II District, Division of Bukidnon, school year 2023-2024. Specifically, it aimed to ascertain the level of digital literacy of teachers; determine the level of teacher engagement in multigrade classroom; and identify the significant relationship between digital dexterity and teacher engagement in a multigrade classroom. A quantitative research design was utilized to examine the correlation between digital dexterity and teaching engagement in multigrade classroom. Data was gathered through a standardized questionnaire designed to ascertain multigrade teachers' teaching engagement and digital dexterity. The questionnaire includes Likert-scale items and demographic variables. Descriptive statistics was used to analyze the quantitative data, providing an overview of teachers' levels in digital dexterity and teaching engagement. Findings of the study revealed that there is a high level of digital dexterity and a high teaching engagement of teachers in a multigrade classroom setting in Kitaotao II District, Division of Bukidnon. That a significant relationship was observed between digital dexterity and teacher engagement. The higher the digital dexterity of teachers, the higher their teaching engagement. With this study findings, school administrators may continue to provide professional development opportunities for teachers who are handling multigrade classroom to enhance their digital skills and knowledge. Additionally, they may implement training programs that focus on the application of digital literacy to effectively utilized technology in the classroom. Lastly, school administrators and school heads may continue to establish a better working environment that caters the educational and technological needs of teachers specially those who are teaching multigrade classroom.
