Over the years the Indian Judiciary has evolved and it has become more approachable in recent times. This article states the evolution of India's legal setup from colonization to the present time of independence. Throughout history, the judiciary has come across barriers related to caste, gender, religion, and ethnicity in its aim to grow the idea of equality and nondiscrimination in India.
