Abstract:	This stidy determined rje performance of Southern Bukidnon Foundation Academy in terms of its Faculty, Instruction and Facilities during the schoolyear 2001-2002 as perceived by its alumni and stidents. Majority of the alumni- respondents are female, single, graduated at SBFA and did not pursue post-secondary education. On the other hand, student-respondents were mostly female and in rhe first year level. The over-all performance of Southern Bukodnon Foundation Academy in terms of faxulty, instruction and facilities is generally fair which means below the satisfactory level with reference to the standards of quality. Its performance is affected by the faculty members' deficiency in the full utilization of class time and also in their lack of mastery of the subject matter. In fact, rhe instruction lacks quality because of inadequacies in communication skills, the use of English language, teaching techniques and evaluation practices. Moreover, its classrooms have insufficient chairs and the library lacks space and ventilation which negatively affects effective learning.
