Abstract: Many knowledge points in primary school mathematics can be applied to students’ lives. Teachers’ use of the activation teaching model can significantly improve the effectiveness of subject teaching. In this case, it is necessary to explore the effective application of the life-oriented teaching model based on the actual situation of primary school mathematics teaching. The article expounds on the application significance of the primary school mathematics biochemistry teaching model. Based on clarifying the existing problems in life teaching, it explores the life elements in the teaching materials, designs life-oriented teaching situations, introduces life-oriented teaching objects, does a good job in life-oriented teaching interaction, and applies life-oriented teaching. From five aspects including practical homework, this paper discusses the improvement strategies of the life-oriented teaching model of primary school mathematics.
