Abstract: In the current trend of global economic development, facing potential risks and challenges, businesses worldwide and particularly in Vietnam have gradually realized the importance of social responsibility accounting. Business activities today aim not only for profit but also towards sustainable development, harmonizing the interests of all stakeholders. This article examines the application of social responsibility accounting in some countries around the world, thereby drawing lessons for businesses in Vietnam.
