| Abstract: |
In recent years, the application of online public services in receiving and handling administrative procedures at a high level has always been identified by the central government and localities as the key task in developing e-government towards digital government. This contributes to gradually realizing the goal of serving the maximum benefits of people and businesses. The provision of online public information and services by state agencies in the network environment has been promoted and achieved some initial results, however, certain difficulties and limitations still exist. Through analyzing the current situation, the article proposes some solutions to promote online public services to develop more strongly and effectively in the coming time. |
