| Abstract: |
Employees' work capability plays a crucial role in determining the effectiveness of operations within economic establishments. Employers rely on this capability to make decisions regarding job placement, salary, bonuses, work arrangements, and other aspects of employment within their organizations. The findings of this study indicate that the current work capability of employees only partially meets the requirements set forth by the surveyed employers. Additionally, the study reveals that, from the perspective of employers, university education is considered to be of high quality only when graduates possess the necessary specialized skills, work attitudes and motivations, and individual work skills that align with the demands of the job. This necessitates that educational institutions establish close ties with end customers and redesign their training programs to meet the output standards specified by employers. |
