e hotel industry in Vietnam has witnessed significant growth in recent years, thanks to the expansion of the tourism sector. However, in the context of increasing global competition and rapidly changing customer demands, the hotel industry faces the urgent need for modernization to maintain its competitiveness. Digital transformation, through the application of advanced technologies, has become a crucial factor in improving operational efficiency, optimizing service quality, and enhancing customer experience. This paper discusses the necessity of accelerating the application of digital technology in Vietnam's hotel industry. Additionally, the paper provides recommendations to overcome barriers and leverage technology to meet the growing demands of modern travelers, helping the hotel industry thrive in the digital age. |
