| Abstract: |
Social insurance is a crucial aspect of Vietnam's social security policy. Specifically, Non-compulsory Social Insurance plays a significant role in this policy. It can be argued that the implementation of Non-compulsory Social Insurance has provided opportunities for all workers to be covered by social insurance, highlighting the effectiveness of our country's social security system. While there has been an increase in the number of people participating in Non-compulsory Social Insurance in Thai Nguyen province in recent years, the percentage is still relatively low compared to the total labor force. This article aims to analyze and evaluate the current status of Non-compulsory Social Insurance participants in Thai Nguyen province from 2021 to 2023, based on age and occupation. Furthermore, it will propose solutions to further enhance the participation in Non-compulsory Social Insurance in Thai Nguyen province in the future. |
