Abstract:	In relations with the GCC countries, Vietnam has the earliest diplomatic cooperation with Kuwait, the most valuable is trade with the UAE, the largest export is agricultural products, the most promising form is the joint venture investment fund, the most humanistic approach is the ODA source from GCC to Vietnam. However, the cooperation relationship is still limited: Exports from Vietnam to the GCC market are still low; The number of direct investment projects from GCC to Vietnam is concentrated in a few countries with medium and small capital; Exporting labor from Vietnam to GCC is unskilled labor, but it is difficult to compete with workers from South Asian countries; Tourists from GCC to Vietnam are very few, most are from Kuwait, other countries do not. In the coming time, the three most potential areas of cooperation between Vietnam and GCC are trade, investment and labor. In the context of the Covid-19 epidemic, which adversely affects trade and labor cooperation, the prospect opens up again for the investment field. In particular, Vietnam strives to attract investment flows from the Government's Sovereign Wealth Funds (SWFs) of GCC.
