Abstract: The development of information technology, the Internet has created a new transaction method, which is transaction through self-service banking. Self-service banking is a transaction model that allows customers to directly perform transactions such as opening an account, opening a passbook, depositing cash, ATM, etc. This paper studies the relationship between self-service banking quality, customer satisfaction and behavioral intention at Vietnamese commercial banks.
