Abstract: This study explores how we can improve the home-based master teacher reassignment process, emphasizing the need for solid support systems. Structured orientation programs are crucial for helping teachers adjust to new environments and build connections within their communities. Mentorship is another key factor; having someone experienced to lean on can significantly enhance teacher engagement and effectiveness. Access to teaching resources is vital as well, if teachers lack what they need, how can they perform at their best? Regular monitoring with school leaders is essential too, as they address concerns and boost teacher confidence, making them feel equipped to tackle challenges. Supporting literature backs these findings, highlighting the importance of orientation in general and the struggles faced by environment-change experience by teachers. Some studies even suggest that strategically using involuntary transfers can enhance overall district performance. Research in the department of education, points out how vital positive relationships are during transfers and how a lack of consultation can lead to dissatisfaction among teachers. The study advocates for a holistic framework that includes mentorship, resource accessibility, and effective communication to create a supportive environment. When teachers feel backed up, it benefits everyone, especially the students. It’s all about making sense of these needs and ensuring that teachers thrive in their roles.
