The article analyzes and evaluates the current crime of spreading dangerous infectious diseases to people in Vietnam. Simultaneously, it highlights limitations and impediments in the application of current criminal law provisions on the crime of spreading dangerous infectious diseases to people. On that basis, propose some solutions for improving Vietnam's current criminal law on this crime in the future. |
