| Abstract: |
This study aims to (1) analyze the effect of macro fundamentals and financial performance on dividend policy and firm value and (2) analyze the effect of dividend policy on firm value. This study is a quantitative study to examine the level of influence between exogenous variables on endogenous variables. The population is manufacturing companies for the period 2012 – 2019, with 168 observations. The results show that macro fundamentals have a negative and significant effect on dividend policy, but have no significant effect on firm value and have no significant effect on firm value through dividend policy. Financial performance has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, has a significant positive effect on firm value and has a positive and significant effect on firm value through dividend policy. |
